Grocery Outlet

The Grocery Outlet on Cleveland Boulevard was the start of Caldwell Commons. Our involvement required value engineering to ensure the building was both appealing and fully functional while still adhering to the budget. We redesigned aspects of the building to account for this while working within corporate design criteria.

Successfully completing this project was particularly important because it was the first piece of the vision for a larger retail center with multiple types of businesses: groceries, fast food, retail shopping, etc. Grocery Outlet was the anchor store for what became the Caldwell Commons.
